My first snow!

FINALLY Mother Nature got her act in gear and made good on the threats to blanket our area with a real, sticky snowfall. We got about 6 inches of the fluffy stuff last Friday. Mommy and daddy stuffed me like a sausage into a pair of snow pants. They were so tight I could barely move. So they dumped me into the snow and took some pictures. I guess snow is cool, but I wasn't that impressed. I think I'm more of a summer guy myself. I can't wait to swim in the pool again!

You know the drill: Mommy is a slacker

It's really been a pretty boring month since you saw me last. I have another tooth (my first molar), am saying a few more words (my repertoire now consists of sounds that mean eye, clock, duck, quack, woof, bottle, zipper, yes, up, down and ball), and have grown a bit more.

Yes, as of my 15-month checkup (which actually happened at 15.5 months), I weigh a hearty 33 pounds 5 ounces and am 33.75" tall. That is really rather large. At least I am able to walk myself to and fro now, so everyone's arms are getting a bit of a break.

Anyway, the parents have been pretty bad about taking pictures this month, so this is all I have to share. You want to see more? Leave a comment here. Maybe mom will get the hint. ;)

This is how I help out when we get home from the grocery store:

The first time Mommy saw me do this with her camera bag, she nearly had a heart attack because she thought the camera was in the bag! The joke was on her, though. It was empty. :)

This is just an EXTREME CLOSE UP.

And here I am getting drunk on a stuffed duck—not chocolate!—at the Jaques Torres chocolate bar in NYC:
