I have siblings!
Well, furry ones, anyway. I've seen them from a foot or so from the cage before, and love to watch them run around and squeak and kick up a big mess (because that means I have floor snacks, YAY!).* But today mommy decided I was old enough to actually meet and touch one. So she scooped up a rather unwilling Belle to be the guinea pig (ha! ha! ha!).
I was a little afraid at first, but after a while I figured out that she was very soft and not at all scary, despite her glowing red eyes. I even tried to help mommy and daddy by getting Evil Pig's water bottle out when it was empty, but unfortunately I can't reach the sink so was not much help there. I was confused because the only bottles I know are full of milk and have a nice soft drinking end! These ones did make a fun noise when you shook them, at least. Who needs toys when you have guinea pig water bottles to play with??
*that was a joke, Grandma! Honest.
